Welcome to our cozy psychological space. Let me share some information about myself:
I am a certified psychotherapist with 15 years of experience working with adults, adolescents, children, and families.
I work in various directions of psychotherapy: Existential Analysis, Jungian Analysis, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Systemic Family Therapy
The greatest satisfaction in my work comes from the moment when a client discovers their inner resources and begins to change their life for the better.
I work with the following issues: Emotional disorders, Life and family crises, Psychological trauma, Relationship difficulties and crises, Low self-esteem, Parent-child relationships. A special place in my practice is held by existential analysis. It helps a person discover the ability to live freely, meaningfully, and consciously, taking responsibility for their own path.
In a regular life, I am guided by Christian values.
I have been happily married for 20 years and am a mother of three children. Psychology for me is not just a profession, but a way of living with inner harmony and peace.
Close relationships are not about disappearing into another person or completely losing one’s individuality.
On the contrary, true closeness lies in maintaining personal boundaries while leaving space for each person’s growth and development.
There comes a moment in every person’s life when they pause amidst the daily hustle, look around, and ask themselves: “What is all this for?” This can happen as a result of loss, disappointment, change — or even during a time of outward well-being.

Hello, let’s get to know each other better. Beyond the formal part — that I am a certified psychologist working in the method of Existential Analysis and Logotherapy — I want to share that I am a wife, a mother, and simply a happy person, because I do what fills my heart with warmth.
Psychology is my conscious and mature choice, one that comes from the heart and is imbued with deep responsibility. I made it based on my personal traits and interests, and I came to it after the age of thirty — with a clear intention to earn a second university degree, this time in psychology. Since 2020, I have been running a private practice, and since 2022, I have been collaborating with Inocenti Fundatia within a program supporting Ukrainians abroad. I regularly attend supervision, engage in ongoing self-study, and participate in training events and conferences.
Care and profound respect for the person, harmony with oneself and with the world — this is my choice. Life is a path we walk through encounters with ourselves and the world, step by step, touching our own essence with love and with the quiet speech from the depths of our being: “Yes, this truly is MY life.”
Imperfect parenting — in life, we encounter challenges in interacting with our children and strive to find the ideal way to raise them. It’s important to acknowledge: there are no perfect parents, and we all make mistakes.
Relationship with Life, essential companions on the path to a fulfilled life are attentiveness and the ability to feel. Quite often, we miss something important — even when it’s right next to us.

I am convinced that the most important answers to life’s questions do not come from the outside — they mature within a person, in moments of deep focus and inner dialogue.
That is why I always encourage: listen to yourself, be true to yourself, and grow at your own pace — calmly, without pressure.
In my practice, I avoid excessive attention to diagnoses or pharmacological solutions.
Medications cannot provide answers to the essential questions of human existence, just as psychology or psychiatry textbooks do not contain ready-made solutions.
My task is to help a person gradually unfold — to encounter not only me, but first and foremost, themselves.
Questions of values are among the most difficult for the modern person. What should one believe in? How should one live rightly? What should one strive for? In the past, these answers were provided by society, religion, or tradition. Today — each person must decide for themselves. And this is, on the one hand, freedom, and on the other — a heavy burden.
A human being is someone unique. There are no two identical people in the world. Even twins have different thoughts, personalities, and preferences. And this uniqueness makes each of us special — but at the same time, a little lonely
